Volunteers Needed
Do you think you could spare a few hours every month (or more) to help at the shop?
Tealby shop plays a huge part in the village and we would all miss it if it closed. Sadly, we're low on help to keep it running. All we're asking is for the village to come together and simply help out now and then. Even if just for 2 hours once every 2 months...it all helps!

Tealby shop opened on June 28th 2004 and functions as a Shop, Tourist Information Centre and Village Hub. It is run solely by volunteers from the village.
Tealby Shop is also an Off-Licence and sells a selection of alcoholic drinks.
Hot drinks are available from the vending machine.
For the children, and those with a sweet tooth, there is a pick & mix section.
For visitors to the village, we sell local Ordnance Survey maps, souvenirs, Tealby tea towels, and books on the local history; including information about the Tennyson d’Eyncourt family and Bayons Manor.
Additionally, there is our second-hand book corner where you can pick up a bargain, along with recycling for shoes, batteries and light bulbs.
