We have been asked to point out that the land adjacent to Rasen Road, which currently has a planning application in progress for 5 dwellings, is nothing to do with Tealby resident Gavin Wraith. If you check the application on the WLDC planning portal - the owner of the land is listed as a Mr J Smith of Grimsby.
